Otter Creek has been hitting, hopping and dosing brews with creativity since acid-wash jeans were hip. Under the direction of brewmaster Mike Gerhart, we are undergoing a renaissance of rad, a rebirth of cool–throwing a bit of kind into the kettle whenever possible. Our hop-soaked ales are available throughout the Northeast and mid-Atlantic regions.

A summer sipper built for lawn chairs, lawn games and lawn mowing, Fresh Slice features the spicy, estery flavor profile of Belgian yeast laced with the juicy hop flavors and aromas of American hops.
This White IPA recipe tips the scales with a slice of clementine, a hit of coriander and an 1/8th of…wait, what? This one features a crisp, fresh citrus ripeness deriving from additions of clementine juice and sweet orange peel in the brew process. The first Otter Creek can offering, this is one slice you’ll be holding all summer long!

Straight from our stash to your glass, we’ve created a chronically crushable ale that turns over easy without exhausting the palate.
A brand new addition to Otter Creek’s year-round lineup, Over Easy will be available in our Mixed Bag summer variety pack and on draught in mid-March. Look for it in six-packs, 12-packs and cases this April.

Otter Creek 25th Anniversary
We flipped the couch cushions, unzipped the fanny packs and emptied our pockets in search of all the dank, juicy hops we could pull from our stash. When the smoke cleared we threw some Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic, Galaxy, Columbus and Sorachi Ace into the kettle and developed a Double India Pale Lager for our 25th Anniversary.
This big, bold boom box in a bottle brings the beat and delivers a hip-shaking hoppiness that dances around the palate.
